Applicants should be skilled in fault finding/diagnosis and the repairing/maintenance of Manual and CNC Machine Tools, together with Electrical and Mechanical experience and general maintenance knowledge. Foundry maintenance skills, electric induction furnace operation and associated systems, would be advantageous, but not essential, as training in this area can be provided. This position is shift based, comprising alternate weekly shifts of mornings/afternoons : 6am to 2pm (mornings) / 12pm to 8pm (afternoons) Monday to Friday. Rate of pay to be confirmed, dependent on experience, plus weekly shift allowance. Overtime, weekends and night shifts will be required at times.
Ideally, all applicants will live within a 20 mile radius of Cradley Heath, have a professional work ethic and operate in clean and tidy manner, with an understanding of the principles of Six Sigma and 5S.
