Gravity Die Castings

FWB offers aluminium and zinc precision gravity die castings from a few grams up to 30kgs in weight. The die casting operation is housed in a dedicated and modern 15,000 square foot unit with an exclusive team of foundry professionals and operatives. The unit contains multiple semi-automatic die machines and numerous manual die machines, offering a multitude of die casting possibilities. The division can also provide any shell cores that are required, along with heat treatment and dressing/fettling facilities. Current scope of manufacture ranges from critical pressure retaining vessels, fluid handling systems and self-lubricating bearings to playground equipment.
