Westley Group is pleased to announce it can now offer forged alloy products to complement its range of high integrity castings, machining and assembly services.
In support of our focus to provide our customers with a complete ‘turn-key’ package, Westley Group can now offer a range of high integrity forged alloy products to complement our established sand cast and centrifugally spun products. In all cases these products will be supported by Westley Group’s in-house machining, test and assembly services to deliver a complete engineering solution to our customers. The supply of forgings is based on both internal manufacturing capability and strategic partnerships to enable the supply of an extensive range of forged products, in both size and alloy type.
Westley Group can offer forgings in all Cu based alloys, Ni Alloys and high alloy stainless steels; please contact us (details below) if you have any special alloys as these can almost certainly be accommodated as part of our scope of supply. Forgings can currently be supplied up to 10 tonnes proof machined. Based on the capability and efficiency of both our internal and external supply chain capabilities Westley Group can offer fast track products fully compliant with your contract requirements and supported by our extensive QA approvals and systems.
