Pump castings (produced by our sister company Meighs & Westleys) often have intricate passage ways which are critical to the performance of the pump. We have decades of experience to combine the best castings with incredibly accurate machining for both turning and milling. Turned features can be accommodated up to approx 600mm while milled features accommodated up to approx 800mm.
Slotting and balancing of impellers is available. Pump casings, delivery chambers, elbows, float chambers, suction covers and impellers of all varieties are all machined. All forms of NDT can be accommodated including dye penetrant and pressure testing. Impregnation is available on request.
