Walter Frank products have a standard warranty period of 12 months from point of sale. As well as this our team of experienced service engineers are on hand to offer routine product maintenance and service either on site or offsite at our UKfactory to ensure continuity and longevity of product service in the field. Our individual serialisation enables factory resetting of each and every valve should it ever be required.
Alternatively, product spares are available on short leadtimes for customers own service which is supported with detailed service and maintenance instructions.
