Spunalloys is committed to meeting regulatory and customer quality and delivery requirements for high quality centrifugal castings and components. With its all-encompassing range of destructive and non-destructive tests, Spunalloys provides quality assurance in line with the most stringent of supply parameters. Our quality procedures are approved to ISO 9001 standards and we hold approvals for numerous institutions, organisations and 3rd party assurance bodies.

The Quality Policy of the company ensures that products and processes always meet with customer and regulatory requirements. We are committed to maintaining the requirements of AS9100 and using its structure to help embed our aim of continuous improvement. Our Management Review Process provides a framework to establish, review and action quality objectives.

These objectives are then cascaded throughout the organisation by department heads, and on company notice boards situated throughout the site. The Quality Policy is reviewed for continuing suitability at every Management Review.

Our Standard Operating Procedures are robust for all areas of the business and ensure consistency of approach for all key activities.
