Westley Group were honoured to attend the prestigious Naval Submarine League 40th Annual Anniversary Symposium 2022 in Arlington, Virginia.
Not only was this an assembly of the executive principals of the submarine build programmes of the US Navy, but of strategic manufacturers for the design and supply of the critical components that go into complex engineering for modern submarines.
As an affiliate member of the US Naval Submarine League, which organises the event, not only did we attend but we held a number of strategic discussions with US Primes, the US Navy and its associated supply chain. These proved valuable opportunities for us to showcase our unique experience as a trusted supplier of SUBSAFE certified castings and forgings and how this and our other capabilities can be used to support and bolster the US Industrial Supply Base.
We see our support of the US Naval Programmes as a developing strategic partnership, and our attendance at this memorable event has helped forge the exciting journey ahead.
